The CKFilmdesign workshop is located at 33 Ihakara Street, Paraparaumu. The workshop and production offices span across approximately 500sqm over two floors and may be available for hire as a production base for film, to facilitate meetings or hold practical workshops. Equipment may also be hired by negotiation.

CKFilmdesign is conveniently located on Newlands Road near the main shopping complex with local public transport at its doorstep. There is plenty of parking available during both the week and weekends.

Ground Floor Workshop.

 

The 170m2 ground floor workshop has concrete flooring, high stud ceiling with excellent natural light plus powerful fluorescent lighting for evening work. A full size roller door allows excellent access as required and ventilation. All windows have professional privacy film applied providing protection for commercially sensitive projects without sacrificing light quality.

 

The ground floor workshop can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people (seated or unseated) for practical workshops and 20+ for non practical workshops (presentations, meetings etc).

 

The workshop also includes the following:

Three 1.2m x 2.4m full size commercial worktables. These tables are on castor wheels and can be moved into a variety of formations to suit requirements.

One 1.5m x 3m full size cutting table

Two large whiteboards

Work stools

Access to tea & coffee facilities upstairs in the lounge/office area.

• The upstairs boardroom has excellent natural light. The room can be configured to accommodate either 8 or 10 people seated at the tables.

• There is also a three seater couch with a coffee table extending total capacity to 13 if required.
